About Naturalwear

Naturalwear is NZ’s long serving, dedicated post mastectomy breast care provider. Our staff will look after you the same way we have cared for our customers for more than 35 years.

Alongside our post surgery and mastectomy breast care products and services, we also offer NZ’s best range of Compression Garments, including armsleeves, socks and stockings, and a full range of orthocare Support Belts and Soft Bracing. Our belts and braces are provided by the world leading French company, Thuasne.

Our Team

Our fitters have extensive experience meaning that we can offer the most professional and personalised fitting service across our entire range of products.

Joana

Joana works in the Auckland office, looking after the Ministry of Health and the processing of orders. She is our ray of sunshine; a breast cancer survivor; and she is fully trained in post surgery breast care fittings, and the fitting of our compression products. You’ll often see Joana in the Akld showroom attending to our customers in her bubbly and welcoming manner.

Donna

Donna is our dedicated breast care consultant for the Central North Island Districts, based in Palmerston North. Donna will travel to you, including up to Taupo in the North, across to both New Plymouth and the Hawkes Bay on the West and East Coasts, and all through the central cities including Palmerston North and Wanganui.

Michelle

Michelle is the Naturalwear breast care fitting consultant for women in the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions. She is wonderfully dedicated to her clients (all her clients love Michelle) and she has many years of fitting experience. We love having Michelle as part of our team, and you’re in great hands if you get the chance to have Michelle look after your needs.

Addie

Addie is our breast care fitting consultant for the South Island, and she is based in Canterbury but regularly visits all main centres around the South Island via our home visit service. Locations include; Invercargill, Queenstown, Dunedin, Timaru, Ashburton, Blenheim, Nelson and the West Coast to name a few. With more than 5 years experience, we’re sure you’ll receive the perfect fit.

Shelley

Shelley is our exceptional mobile fitting consultant, covering Auckland and Northland. She loves being out of the office and meeting new clients. Shelley frequently visits South, East, West, North Shore and North Auckland offering convenient in-home appointments. With Shelley, you can trust that you’ll be fitted with comfortable and stylish breastwear.

Whether in-store or online, we are here to provide you with exceptional service, quality products, and great value. We are passionate about helping women regain their confidence after breast cancer surgery.

Certified Breast Care Provider in New Zealand

Naturalwear is a certified and registered service provider with the New Zealand Ministry of Health for the breast prosthesis subsidy. If you qualify for the MOH subsidy, we can assist you in managing your funding for prosthetic breast forms and related products both in-store and online.
